Steps to Open MS Word:

Click on the Start Button:
- Locate and click on the Start button (Windows logo) at the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Search for MS Word:
- Type "Word" in the search bar.

Select Microsoft Word:
- From the search results, click on Microsoft Word to open it.

Using the Run Command (Optional):
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type "winword" and press Enter.

Access from Desktop (if shortcut is available):
- Double-click the Microsoft Word icon on your desktop or taskbar.
Now, MS Word will open and you can begin creating or editing documents.
